Greg Beale Steps Down as Chairperson of Crime Stoppers Queensland

After five years of dedicated service, Greg Beale OAM is stepping down from the Crime Stoppers Queensland Board.

Greg was elected to the board in September 2019 and became Chairperson in November 2022. Since his appointment, Greg has played a vital role in fostering a culture of teamwork and community-mindedness within the organisation. His contributions to the board have been pivotal in supporting law enforcement and enhancing public safety throughout Queensland.

Although he is stepping down from the Board, Greg’s commitment to crime prevention remains unwavering. He will continue to serve as a volunteer with the Sunshine Coast Volunteer Area Committee (VAC), where his journey with the organisation began in June 1992. Greg has also held significant leadership roles within the Sunshine Coast VAC, including Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.
